SP group to part ways from Tata Sons, KKR set to invest in Reliance Retail | Market Fatafat (22 Sep)

KKR is all set to invest ₹5,500 crores for a 1.3% stake in Reliance retail.unit. Further, it is also now moved the battlefield to the postpaid division by launching the Jio postpaid package which also gives Netflix & Disney+ Hotstar subscriptions free.

On the other land, VI & Airtel has been unsurprisingly losing in the trade. Airel & Vi have the subsequent amount of postpaid subscribers and now in order to stay competitive with Jio, they will have to cut prices of their postpaid plans.

The Tata Group and the SP Group which owned and run by billionaire Mistry family have decided to cut ties and have informed the Supreme Court about the decision to do the same.
