Kashmiri girl develops Android app 'Dial Kashmir'

Changing the orthodox mind set of the society, a 23-year old girl became the first Kashmiri to develop an android application named 'Dial Kashmir,' which contains over 500 contacts of government departments and private numbers. Mehvish Mushtaq, an ambitious computer engineer created an application which is a one stop source for 'essential information' about the state. Talking to a reporter on Friday, Mushtaq said that she wanted to develop something which would prove beneficial for the people. Appreciating the work, Farah, a friend of Mehvish said that she has made the whole state proud.
