India's Tata Power Company Ltd plans to offer a range of services from advice and financing to installation and maintenance as it strives to increase its share of the market for rooftop solar panels, a senior executive said on Tuesday. Tata Power Solar, the renewable energy arm of Mumbai-headquartered Tata Power, is currently India's biggest rooftop solar panel supplier. Tata Power Co., one of India’s largest private power utilities, is planning to invest as much as $5 billion to ramp up its renewable capacity fourfold, according to its top executive.
