UltraTech poses to be among best workplaces in manufacturing in 2021

On Friday, UltraTech Cement informed that it has been recognised amongst ‘India’s 30 best workplaces in manufacturing 2021’ by Great Place To Work® Institute.

UltraTech reported to have won this recognition in the very first year of participation. In addition to this, UltraTech was also recognised among the top 100 in 'India's best companies to work for 2020' by Great Place To Work® Institute.This recognition endorses the company’s 'high trust, high performance' organisational culture.The ranking was given after an exhaustive questionnaire covering all elements of human resources along with survey of employees in each company, chosen via random selection.

Great Place to Work® is considered world's most-researched, accepted & sustainable definition of a great workplace from employee's point of view. More than 10,000 organisations from over 60 countries join Great Place to Work® Institute for assessment, benchmarking and planning actions to enhance their workplace culture. The methodology used by the institute is considered as 'gold standard' for defining great workplaces across businesses, academia and government organisations.

Headquartered in Mumbai, Ultra-Tech Cement is engaged in the production of cement & cement-related products.

The share of Ultra Tech Cement was trading at Rs 5,511.45 at 1.04 pm on Friday, which is 0.54 per cent down on BSE.
