Tata Motors: Tata Motors has bagged orders to supply over 500 commercial passenger transportation vehicles to a number of public sector institutions in the country.
HDFC Life Insurance: HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd on Monday said that its promoter Standard Life will sell 70 million shares or 3.40 per cent stake through an offer for sale (OFS) on March 12 and 13. The sale offer has a green-shoe option of 29.50 million shares, it also said in a regulatory filing. The share sale base price has been fixed at Rs 357.50 per share, it added.
