Samsung Galaxy A70s, Galaxy A30s and Galaxy A20s tipped to launch in India soon

Samsung could soon announce upgraded versions of the Galaxy A70, Galaxy A30 and Galaxy A20. A new report reveals the colour options for the upcoming Galaxy A70s, Galaxy A30s and Galaxy A20s smartphones.

Samsung's mission this year is to rapidly expand its product portfolio in India so that there is a Samsung phone at nearly every price segment for consumers. The company has already announced a few Galaxy M phones with the Galaxy M40 due to launch on Tuesday, and it has brought a handful of Galaxy A-series phones as well. Now, some recently announced Galaxy A phones such as the Galaxy A70 (Review), Galaxy A30 and Galaxy A20 are rumoured to get newer versions, called the Galaxy A70s, Galaxy A30s and Galaxy A20s.

To recall, Samsung launched the Galaxy A70, Galaxy A30 and Galaxy A20 in India earlier this year, and it seems the company is looking to announce new versions of these smartphones soon. Tipster Ishan Agarwal in collaboration with MySmartPrice, reveal some details about the Galaxy A70s, Galaxy A30s and Galaxy A20s.

It is unclear what the "s" stands for and the report does not shed any light on this. It could mean a minor upgrade in terms of performance, camera or software over the existing models. The Galaxy A70s, for example, is said to come with the new 64MP ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor that Samsung announced a little while ago. To recall, the Galaxy A70 comes with a 32MP main camera. Apart from the camera bump, not much is known about how different the Galaxy A70s will be from the Galaxy A70.

The report adds that the Galaxy A70s will launch in three colours - Black, White and Lavender. The Galaxy A30s is also said to come in the same three colours as the Galaxy A70s. Meanwhile, the Galaxy A20s will be offered in Black and Blue colours. Beyond the colour options, not much else is known about the Galaxy A20s and Galaxy A30s.

As far as design is concerned, the Galaxy A70s, Galaxy A30s and Galaxy A20s should look similar to their standard counterparts. There is no word on when Samsung will announce these new Galaxy A-series phones. On Tuesday, Samsung will launch the Galaxy M40 with a punch--hole display. The company will also announce the Galaxy A80 in India soon as it has been listed on the company's India website.
