Prince William and Kate Middleton may visit India in autumn this year
Prince William and Kate Middleton will travel to Asia in autumn as part of an official Royal tour, The Daily Mail reports. Although no official confirmation has been provided by the Kensington Palace as yet, reports suggest that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will visit the Commonwealth countries during their trip. So, in all probability, the couple will travel across Bangladesh, India, Malaysia and Singapore.
Sources told The Daily Mail that Prince William and Kate Middleton might visit Sri Lanka - at least 258 people died after the terror attack in the country on Easter Sunday. The couple, however, may not stop in Brunei. China was on their travel itinerary as well but it didn't make it to the final list as per sources.
Very few details, otherwise, have been made available about their tour so far while more information is expected soon.
Prince William and Kate Middleton last visited India in 2016. During the trip, they stopped at the Taj Mahal in Agra while a party was held in honour of the couple in Mumbai as well. A-list celebrities including Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Madhuri Dixit attended the do.
In 2012, Prince William and Kate Middleton also toured Southeast Asia and the South Pacific and visited Singapore, Malaysia, the Solomon Islands and Tuvalu.
