Here are developments that may determine market behaviour and sentiment during the day’s trading.

Global Cues:

*Asian markets open mixed in trade.

*Dow posts 3-day slide. Dow dips ~20 points, Nasdaq and S&P 500 ended their trading day higher. Nasdaq added 0.5% while the S&P 500 advanced 0.1%.

*European stocks close lower. The pan-European Stoxx 600 was provisionally down 0.5%.

*Oil prices inch higher in morning trade. Brent up 1.01% at $64.81per barel, WTI up 1.45% to $58.67 per barrel. Oil rises more than 1% after US stockpile drop in overnight trade.

SBI: The bank has cut MCLR by 5 bps to 8.40% across tenures wef July 10.

Manpasand Beverages: Manpasand Beverages’ statutory auditors Mehra Goel & company have resigned, due to developments including a probe by GST body.

HDFC/Indiabulls Housing Finance: Sources say, Vatika group has repaid Rs 500 Cr dues to HDFC, Indiabulls Housing Finance; repaying HDFC’s debt of over Rs 80 Cr.

KRBL: ICRA downgraded rating on long term bank facilities from ‘AA’ (Stable) to ‘AA-’. ICRA placed it under “ratings under watch with negative implications”.

Autoline Industries: Govt. of Maharashtra has approved additional IPS claim for Autoline Industries of Rs 44.61 Cr.

NLC India: The company has commissioned 63 MW of the 100 MW solar power plant at Tamil Nadu wef July 7.

Mawana Sugar: Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Bank Ltd. has sanctioned soft loan of Rs 116.4 Cr to the company, to clear the outstanding dues of the farmers for the crushing season 2018-19.

Adani Ports: Adani Ports plan to consider raising up to $700 Mn via dollar bonds at its board meet on July 12.

Bharti Airtel: Airtel Africa listed on Nigerian stock exchange. Shares of Airtel Africa have been listed and admitted for trading on Nigerian Stock Exchange and LSE.
