How Miroslav Vyboh’s company Middlecap is soaring high in the UK

Middlecap is a privately owned investment company of Miroslav Vyboh in operation for more than a decade. The journey initially began in 2009 with Neuropea Corporate Finance, of which MiddleCap was later established to provide financial advisors. And, in 2011 Neuropea Corporate Finance expanded its team, portfolio of services, and international operations under the new name Middlecap Partners.

In 2014, the group started its new venture Mayfair Assets Limited to conduct international operations, with the company starting its offices in London, Prague, and Bratislava with a wide portfolio of investment projects.

The company has seen large-scale investment growth in 2015, with transaction volume provided and executed exceeding EUR 800+ million.

In 2018, the company merged the two companies Midcap Partners and Mayfair Assets Limited to establish the Cap Midcap Group.

Currently, the company is operated out of Luxembourg with offices in Bratislava, London, Prague, Monaco, and Dubai.

Middlecap has a corporate team of 55 professionals in various business units and associated companies. In the last 3 years, the company has advised and executed transactions worth over 800+ million euros.

The company has developed a real estate project with a total value of over 110 million euros. By the end of 2020, the company expects the total amount of planned capital to be over 300 million euros.

Middlecap has started its first debut development in the UK – the company has partnered with bGrid at the SouthWorks building, a 70,000n square-foot office scheme on Rushworth Street in London. SouthWorks is bgrid’s first UK project. bGrid is a Dutch PropTech company that develops state-of-the-art smart building solutions for the commercial real estate sector.

Who has previously served in several companies, for example, he was chairman of the Board of Supervisors at “Willing” from 1994 to 2011 and AMW from 2011 to 2018. CEO of Mayfair Assets from 2014-2018. He is Honorary Consul in the Principality of Monaco since 2013. He is a great businessman best served during his career.
