Kia Seltos is powered by new third-gen BSVI (BS6) compliant powertrains. The buyers will have a lot of engine options to choose from. There is a 1.4 Turbo GDI petrol mill, offered with a 7-speed DCT. This is not it. There are other petrol and diesel motors as well, with a choice for IVT (Intelligent Continuously Variable Transmission), 6-speed automatic and 6-speed manual gearbox. Seltos has three drive modes -- Normal, Eco and Sport.

Kia Seltos has a distinct design. The tiger-nose grille upfront gives the premium compact SUV a feeling that it belongs to the Kia family. According to the company, Seltos will be available in eight colour and five two-tone options.

Giving the compact SUV a premium feel is the 10.25-inch touchscreen audio video navigation system with an 8-speaker Bose sound system. Seltos also comes with features like 8-inch HUD (Heads Up Display), cruise control, EPS (Electronic Power Steering), blind-spot view monitor, eco coating and push-button start/stop.

Yes, Kia Seltos will be a connected compact SUV featuring the UVO technology, which offers 37 smart features under safety and security, remote control, vehicle management, convenience and navigation categories.
