·1-min read

Sensex is down by nearly 2 percent in the previous five volatile trading session. Markets got spooked by the rising covid cases however there were few shining stars that impressed investors with their superlative performance. DCM Sriram went up by more than 20 per cent even as the chemical segment of the company continues to keep investors bullish on the counter. Following DCM Sriram , Bank of Maharashtra was up nearly 20 per cent on buzz of being privatized. Bank of Maharashtra in fact is the best performing bank of 2021 so far, gaining by nearly 85 per cent.

Other weekly NSE gainer, up by more than 10 per cent are Gujarat Flurochem (17.53 per cent), Adani Gas (14.32 per cent), Glenmark Pharma (13.27 per cent), Pfizer (13.12 per cent), JSW Energy (12.63 per cent), Cadila Healthcare (11.98 per cent), CAMS (11.45 per cent), CIPLA (11.41 per cent) and KPR Mill (10.34 per cent).
