Prior he was heading Kantar TNS business for Thailand. Along with various geographies, he has also led different consumer research domains in past, covering Innovation, Brand & Communication, Customer Experience, Retail & Shopper etc.

Bidyut Nath, Head – Tata Shop Share Smile @ Tata IQ : He is specialized in Loyalty & Customer Life Cycle Management, Retail Analytics, Direct Marketing & Campaign Management.
