The investment seeks a high level of current income, consistent with preservation of capital. The fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets in a portfolio of interests in adjustable rate senior loans. It may invest up to 20% of total assets in Senior Loans that are not secured by any collateral. The fund may invest all or substantially all of its assets in Senior Loans that are rated below investment grade. It may invest more than 25% of total assets in securities the issuer of which is deemed to be in the financial services industry. The fund is nondiversified.
