The fund primarily invests at least 80% of net assets in stocks of small- and medium capitalization companies with market capitalizations within the range of the Russell 2500TM index that the fund's manager believed are undervalued relative to the market based on earnings, cash flow, or asset value. It may invest in up to 30% of assets in foreign securities through ADRs and similar investments.
