The investment seeks long-term growth of capital and income. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks of large cap companies with a market capitalization in excess of the median company in the Russell 1000 Value index. It invests in common stocks of U.S. and foreign large cap companies. The fund may invest up to 10% of total assets in the securities of one company. It may also invest up to 25% of total assets in the securities of one industry. The fund generally holds approximately 40 stocks. It is nondiversified.
