The investment seeks to provide a level of current income which exceeds the average yield on U.S. Stocks generally. Long-term capital appreciation is a secondary objective. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of assets in income producing securities, and at least 50% in common stocks. It may invest in debt obligations of any kind.
