The investment seeks a high level of current income exempt from California state and federal income taxes. The fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets in securities whose income is free from regular federal and California State income tax. It may invest up to 20% of net assets in securities whose income is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. It is nondiversified.
