The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in both long and short positions in equity securities, the long portion will be invested primarily in a limited number of equity securities issued by mid, small and micro cap companies. It may invest up to 25% of assets in the securities of foreign issuers.
