The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in wellness-related companies. It may invest in U.S. and non-U.S. companies, the majority of which will be in Asia and Western Europe. The fund may invest up to 15% of assets in companies organized or headquartered in emerging market countries (but no more than 10% in any one emerging market country). It does not intend to invest more than 15% of its assets in companies with market capitalizations below $100 million. The fund will invest primarily in common stocks and other equity securities. It is nondiversified.
