The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in domestic companies with market capitalizations of under $500 million at the time of purchase. Due to investment considerations, it will close to new investors when it reaches $100 million in total assets. However, the Trustees may determine to reopen the fund at a later date.
