The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. Normally the fund invests at least 80% of net assets in equity securities of U.S. and non-U.S. companies. It invests at least 40% and up to 75% of net assets in non-U.S. equity securities. The fund invests up to 25% of assets in equity securities of companies located in emerging markets. It invests in equity securities of companies located in at least three different countries, including the United States. The fund invests no more than 35% of net assets in equity securities of companies located in a single non-U.S. country. Its investment strategy is not designed to track the performance of any specific benchmark.
