The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in securities of mid-capitalization companies that offer potential for capital growth. It invests in companies with market prices that the portfolio managers believe are significantly below the portfolio managers' estimates of intrinsic value. The fund may also invest up to 25% of assets in foreign securities.
