It emphasizes equity securities of companies of any market capitalization located in Latin America. The fund may also buy debt securities issued by governmental entities, corporations, and financial institutions of these countries and supranational organizations. It may not seek to Invest in a large number of countries in Latin America. The fund is nondiversified.
