The investment seeks income exempt from federal and California income taxes. The fund invests primarily in long term investment grade California municipal bonds. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of assets in California municipal bonds. The fund normally invests at least of 80% of assets in investment grade securities. It may invest up to 20% of assets in high yield bonds. Under normal conditions, the Fund?s weighted average maturity will be more than ten years.
