The investment seeks high total investment return. The fund invests at least 80% of total assets in investment-grade fixed-income securities. It may invest up to 10% of total assets in lower rated securities. The fund may invest up to 20% of total assets in foreign securities, including emerging-markets securities. It may invest in fixed-income securities of any maturity and any portion of total assets in securities of Canadian issuers. The fund may not invest in equity securities of any kind.
