The investment seeks high dividend income exempt from federal and Oregon personal income taxes, consistent with prudent investment management and preservation of capital. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in Oregon municipal securities or other investments with similar economic characteristics, the income from which is exempt from regular federal income tax and Oregon state personal income tax. It focuses on investment-grade bonds but may invest up to 20% of assets in below investment-grade bonds. The fund is nondiversified.
