The investment seeks long term capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks of small capitalization companies. It invests in undervalued common stocks and in internally financed companies generating cash in excess of their business needs, with predictable revenue streams, and in industries with high barriers to entry. The fund is nondiversified.
