The investment seeks long-term capital growth. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of companies organized under the laws of China or Hong Kong; companies that derive at least 50% of their revenues from business activities in China and/or Hong Kong, but which are listed and traded elsewhere; companies that are primarily traded on the China or Hong Kong exchanges. It invests at least 65% of assets in companies included in the Hang Seng Composite index and does not engage in market timing. The fund is nondiversified.
