The investment seeks long-term total return through current income and capital appreciation. The fund invests 80% of assets in large capitalization U.S. companies whose stocks are considered by the Adviser to be undervalued. It also invests in stocks with high cash dividends or payout yields relative to the market. The fund may invest up to 20% of assets in ADRs.
