The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in securities of Japanese issuers, and other investments that are tied economically to Japan, with smaller market capitalization (those with market capitalization similar to companies in the Tokyo Stock Exchange Second Section Stock Price index or the Japanese Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations (JASDAQ) index). It may invest in securities of Japanese issuers with larger market capitalizations. The fund normally invests primarily in common stocks.
