The investment seeks to provide a high level of current income. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in income producing floating rate loans and other floating rate debt securities. It may also purchase investment-grade fixed-income debt securities. The fund may invest up to 35% of assets in foreign senior loans and foreign securities and may engage in certain hedging transactions.
