The investment seeks to provide shareholders with long-term capital growth. The Fund normally invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of issuers located in emerging markets. The Fund will normally invest in at least six different countries, although it may invest all of its assets in a single country. The Fund may invest in securities across all market capitalizations, seeking investments that offer potential growth opportunities attributable to factors such as political change, economic deregulation and liberalized trade policy. The portfolio manager relies on both growth- and value-oriented investment disciplines.
