The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests in a master fund that buys value stocks of emerging markets companies. Under normal circumstances, it will invest at least 80% of assets in emerging market investments. The fund will attempt to own shares of companies whose market capitalization is less than $1.5 billion.
