The investment seeks long term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of growth-oriented companies that have long-term capital appreciation potential and expect to grow faster than the U.S. economy. It normally invests in common stocks of companies with market capitalizations of at least $300 million. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of small- and mid-cap companies. It generally holds 25-30 stocks and maintain a diversified portfolio representing a number of different industries.
