The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation The fund normally invests at least 80% of total assets in common stocks of small capitalization companies with market capitalizations of less than $3 billion. It may occasionally invest up to 15% of total assets in American Depositary Receipts issued by foreign companies. During periods in which suitable undervalued equity securities are not available, the fund may invest up to 20% of assets in money-market securities and/or shares of investment companies with investment objectives and principal investment strategies similar to those of the fund.
