The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in a diversified portfolio of equity and equity-related transferable securities, including warrants and convertible securities, and/or debt securities of companies with substantial exposure to China. It does not expect to invest more than 25% of assets in debt securities. The fund may invest in initial public offerings (IPOs) of securities. It may hold a portion of assets in cash or cash equivalents, including shares of affiliated money market funds.
