Fund Summary

The investment seeks to replicate the Dow Jones U.S. Technology Index (the "underlying index"). The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index measures the performance of the technology sector of the U.S. equity market. As of March 31, 2012, the underlying index was concentrated in the technology hardware and equipment, and software and computer services industry groups, which comprised 57.93% and 42.07%, respectively, of the market capitalization of the underlying index.
