The Commercial Banking segment offers business checking and other business deposit products, business loans, lines of credit, commercial real estate financing, construction loans, letters of credit, revolving credit arrangements, insurance related products and services, business credit cards, and equipment and machinery leases. This segment also provides safe deposit and night depository services, cash management, risk management, and international banking services, as well as check clearing, safekeeping, and other banking-based services. The Consumer Banking segment provides lending and deposit services to individuals and small businesses; and various fiduciary, investment management, advisory, and corporate agency services. This segment offers home equity loans and lines of credit, residential mortgage loans and mortgage refinancing, personal and installment loans, checking, savings, money market deposit accounts, IRA accounts, certificates of deposit, and safe deposit boxes; small business checking and deposit products, fixed and variable annuities, and discount and on-line investment brokerage; and trust/asset management, investment management, administration of pension, profit-sharing and other employee benefit plans, personal trusts, and estate planning services. The Risk Management and Shared Services segment provides corporate risk management, finance, treasury, facilities management, and operations and technology functions. As of December 31, 2012, it operated approximately 240 banking offices serving 150 communities. The company was founded in 1964 and is headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
