Washington, May 17 (ANI): Time Warner Cable is facing a two million dollar lawsuit from a former employee who claims the telecom brand ignored his 'religious complaints' about colleagues watching porn during working hours.
Keith Reid, who lodged a complaint in the Manhattan Supreme Court, said that he saw a construction supervisor at their Park Slope office in Manhattan, watching pornography in February of last year.
"This made plaintiff very uncomfortable as watching pornography is against his religious belief as a Christian," the suit says. He complained to HR, but saw another person doing the same thing a month later. His complaints agains went nowhere," New York Post quoted Reid, as saying.
According to the lawsuit, it claimed Reid of catching co-workers "watching pornography on approximately ten different occasions".
The lawsuit also cited that the accused employees apparently weren't disciplined, but Reid was suspended and then fired in "retaliation [for] the multiple complaints".
A Tim Warner representative declined to comment on the issue. (ANI)
