New Delhi: Indian gold loan financing company Muthoot Finance Ltd will announce its fiscal fourth quarter (Jan-Mar) financial results for fiscal 2011-12 on May 15, 2012.
The company will also announce its audited financial results for the full fiscal year ended March 31, 2012 and recommend a dividend payout, if any, on the same day, Muthoot Finance said in a filing to the stock exchanges.
Muthoot Finance's fiscal third quarter (Oct-Dec) net profit rose 61.26% to Rs 2.5 billion from Rs 1.55 billion in the same period a year ago on the back of robust income from operations.
Shares of Muthoot Finance Thursday ended at Rs 116.75 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), down 0.21% from the previous close.
