According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 451.58 crore in index futures and options segments on Tuesday, July 31, 2012.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 187.15 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 264.43 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 156.56 crore while they sold stock options worth Rs 31.06 crore.
