Dewan Housing Finance to announce Jan-Mar financial result on May 10

New Delhi: Indian housing finance company Dewan Housing Finance Corp Ltd will announce its fiscal fourth quarter (Jan-Mar) financial results for fiscal 2011-12 on May 10, 2012.

The bank will also announce its audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the full fiscal year ended March 31, 2012 and recommend a dividend payout, if any, on the same day, Dewan Housing Finance said in a filing to the stock exchanges Thursday.

The company's fiscal third quarter (Oct-Dec) net profit rose 21.3% on-year to Rs 749.7 million as compared to Rs 617.6 million in the same period a year ago on account of higher income from operations.

Shares of Dewan Housing Finance Thursday were trading at Rs 218 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) at 12:16 pm, down 1.13% from the previous close.
