Dell Inc. fell $.08 or .5 percent, to $15.74.

Hewlett Packard fell $.16 or .6 percent, to $26.53.

IBM rose $.67 or .4 percent, to $181.98.

Lexmark rose $.29 or .8 percent, to $34.41.
